Mr Lamshed understands the importance of schools in developing young people for the present and the future, where positive relationships between teachers, parents and pupils are crucial in enabling the college and its staff to get to know and understand the individual needs of every child. He believes that schools must foster children's talents and nurture their growth through a broad, balanced, and exciting curriculum and, in doing so, create an environment where each child is challenged through rich and varied opportunities to enable them to fulfil and surpass their potential. He believes that emotional and social well-being, self-esteem, happiness and confidence are of prime importance to the whole college community, pupils, parents and staff, and that these are inextricably linked to pupils academic progress.
Mr Lamshed is incredibly excited to support Brighton College Abu Dhabi during the transition to the new Headmaster Mr Barney Durrant in April 2024.
